The team of PERPATO with leaders the outdoor activities manager Assounta Petridou and the Sporites Rodopis and specifically Nikos Dompazis, gathered in the accessible field of the Association PERPATO to prepare the first seeds of the year. The seeds used were kindly donated by Rhodope Sporites.
But what is it that makes the field of PERPATO accessible ?
It is a specially designed space that utilizes wooden corridors so that people with motor impairment can move freely on earthen soil. Also using various structures makes the planting process much easier.
The Project “Continuation of the Day Care Center for Disabled People of the ‘Perpato’ Association” (OPS Code 6002452) is implemented within the framework of the “Eastern Macedonia and Thrace 2021–2027” Programme and is co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+).
